Kathleen Wareham’s mediation and facilitation services are an effective, respectful way to reconcile or settle legal disagreements. As a neutral, Kathleen helps parties and attorneys negotiate effectively to resolve disputes. Participants benefit from Kathleen’s more than twenty five years of experience as an attorney (JD, Columbia Law School, 1986), as well as the extensive mediation experience, skill, and energy she brings to each case. As a panel member of WAMS (Washington Arbitration and Mediation Service) Kathleen offers her mediation clients the benefit of WAMS Case Administrators with extensive experience and expertise, and the conference room facilities to host multiparty mediation.
